Well, firstly the the residential area restored by the mod (flat and empty in retail) is made up of cells called PrimmHouses1, PrimmHouses2, PrimmHouses3: https://i.imgur.com/jxeGm6D.png
An early Mojave map seen at Hidden Valley shows a more expansive road network in this part of Primm: https://i.imgur.com/fSAWmmT.png, https://i.imgur.com/o2ba84Z.png
The houses themselves and cut electricity pylon are actually visible in this screenshot if you look close enough: https://i.imgur.com/asdZqnD.jpg

This is a really nice mod, if only you have a version that still has the water tower like one of the old files (I don't know what the advantages of the most recent update of yours has). Also, I hope you will later add scripts to make the new NPCs within the houses wander about their district during the day. And perhaps for some variety, maybe change the two empty houses (one has radroaches I think) cuz they are a downer, one of them could be unowned so the player can use it safely? Thanks for the mod all the same, nice to see this aspect of Primm restored.
is there plans for FPGE patch or fixing th powder gangers that spawn on the cliff even after killing/retaking the town thanks also is the 1.2 version the best to use i cant tell since the older files have a bigger file size
Is it normal for the water in the mine to be unnavigable? The water for me in the mine specifically is grey and can't be seen through. Had to use god mode to find the radar dish, behind the bookshelf in the locked fenced area.
can you make a FPGE patch for this a few powder gangers near the ridge spawn when doing the endings like ncr with this mod or it could be even just from retaking the town too thanks
Primm South Uncut 1.2 only restores the missing residential area. You'll have to download one of the old files for any changes to existing town, including the Bison Steve trees.
Thank you! I downloaded sandbox's Uncut Bison trees and everything seems to look a lot nicer around Primm now. The old files just confused me lol. Love your work Ludo.

...and leftover terrain texture)
Hope that answers your question!
It's funny how the end credits tell a different story to the maps we got.
Hope that answers your question :)
