Well, I've successfully replaced the female sounds with Makima saying "BANG" and the male sounds with PSI noises from Earthbound (to feel like you're actually using "psychic powers").
Don't think I'll ever release this as a mod though since I doubt the author would be okay with that.
The Mega-Pack version can be repaired with Mentats, but unfortunately, this standalone version won't be patched because I've stopped uploading things to Nexus.
literally just saw this in a Fallout Mods video by Schizo Elijah and now i'll be taking this. "YOINK!"
gonna Roleplay as a Super Genius whose powers were unlocked the moment they got shot in the head. (i know that's not how anatomy works, but then most people dont tend to survive that kind of trauma neither.)
This is the closest I've seen to Cyberpunk-style implant weapons, outside of CyberJam's HF and EMP throwable weapons, but they don't really capture the fantasy. This is a long shot, but if I don't try I won't know. Is it possible to make a similar weapon that's essentially the implanted arm cannon, as seen in CyberPunk 2077. I don't know anything about modding, but is it possible to merge the 'weapon' into the arm, as to appear like it's part of the arm?
I dunno, maybe it can fire 25mm grenades, give them something else to shoot from.
It's just a matter of creating an armor piece that fits onto the arm, then marking it as replacing the right hand, so the game doesn't render the hand.
Is there a optional file or way to change the reloading mechanic to work like in Psyker ? i'm using that and this mod is perfect for setting up shots with Psyker ones. and the only other request i have. is there a way to keep the armor on the hand but keep the fingers pointed out? i'm using the chinese stealth armor and use Pip-Boy 2501 to restore armor to the other hand. i would like to use this mod and be fully covered by the armor :D
Every time the weapon's projectile hits an actor, it runs a script that looks up the player's current level and uses the DamageActorValue function to apply that amount of bonus damage to the target. The total amount of damage dealt is not indicated on the PipBoy, which will always only show the base damage (10 HP).
