An ENB with Dynamic Bokeh DoF, bright days, dark nights, completely different interiors and more. Works completely for gameplay and screenshots! Tweakable through custom options in the overlay.

An ENB with Dynamic Bokeh DoF, bright days, dark nights, completely different interiors and more. Works completely for gameplay and screenshots! Tweakable through custom options in the overlay.
I've made some sliders you can use in the ENB overlay (Shift + F12). You can adjust the Brightness, Letterbox and Vignette there, including some other settings.
1) Get Boris' ENBSeries from here: Link
(Version 0.405 is what's been used while making this and is thus recommended.)
2) Drag and drop enbhost.exe and d3d9.dll from the wrapper version into your Fallout New Vegas main folder.
3) Drag and drop all the files that come with my preset in there as well.
4) Configure your video memory in enblocal.ini.
5) Disable Water Displacement, Water Refractions and disable AA and AF in the New Vegas launcher.
6) Launch the game and enjoy!
7) OPTIONAL: If you're playing at 2560x1440 or 3840x2160, download, drag and drop the LetterBox patches into the FNV main folder. This will make the LetterBox scale properly if you plan on using it!

Here's what this looks like in absolute vanilla New Vegas.
If you have an Nvidia Graphics card and don't mind sacrificing Ambient Occlusion, I've uploaded a file for you.
Get Nvidia Profile Inspector, import the profile, disable ENB AA, AO or if you're unsure about this, watch this very short video and boom. Done. No more flickering.
Note: This should in theory work with any other ENB, not just mine.
UPDATE: At this point, I'm just playing the game in 4K to keep AO. I've got a PC that can handle it with my ENB on the HIGH preset. I'd recommend trying that.
