Update: Finally got around to making an update. What the update adds:
1. A new plugin called The Strip Reborn that puts Dice and 7 Cassino on the Strip and the old buildings back in Freeside. I thought it would be more lore friendly if Freeside had less casinos and a more western feel to it. You will need Simple Strip Open to get this plugin to work.

2. A rework of NVR V10 that adds voice acting as well as make the casino work properly. Huzzah! Download NVR V10 first before you download and install my rework.
More Lived In Freeside Mod Page
Let's face it, our first experience in Freeside was underwhelming at best. And the Strip? Only 3 casinos?
With the help of Prodlimen beautiful building resources from FNVJOD Freeside, Freeside and the Strip have been given a much need makeover.
This mod is still in beta. As such there is bound to be glitches and bugs.
If you come across them please let me know so I can fix it for the final version. If you have any input or info that can also help me fix these bugs let me know.
What this mod adds:
More Lived In Freeside & The Strip adds 7 (yes 7!) brand spanking new casinos! All of them have working black jack, roulette and slots. They also have gambling limits and prizes too. Now New Vegas will feel like the gambling capital of the wastes. These casinos don’t have as high of payouts as their Strip counterparts for balance reasons but should still feel rewarding for the player. Here is a list of the gambling limits for the new casinos:
The Pioneer Club Limit: 2500
The Silver Slipper Limit: 2500
Global Hotel & Casino Limit: 3000
Dice Limit: 3000
7 Cassino Limit: 3000
Iris Limit: 3000
Buena Vista Limit: 4000
This mod also adds:
Hotels for you to rent a room for the night. This was made for Hardcore Mode players in mind.
A restaurant in the Buena Vista.
9 new bars. Makes sense for the casinos to have bars in their establishments. Nothing makes people more willing to gamble their life savings away then drowning their inhibition away with liquor.
A bakery that sells fresh baked goods.
A clothing store and salon that sells clothing and will cut your hair if asked.
A butcher shop that will sell different kinds of meat from the wasteland.
A soda shoppe that sells, well, soda.
A diner for you to buy some food or a meal.
Two strip clubs with one also being a brothel. Vegas is known as the city of sin after all.
Three apartments. Two for the locals and one for the NCR who... uh... appropriated it for the down on their luck squatters. Always found it weird that there wasn’t really a place for either two groups to live and squat in.
A run-down theater that the down on their luck locals live.
A couple of drug dealers that live in the run-down theater and local apartments. Freeside is said to have a major drug epidemic but there was
only one drug dealer in all of Outer Vegas. Update 3.4: Now a new drug dealer name Lana is near the Strip gate with a shop called The Bus Stop. Thanks to Prodlimen for his neon bus modder resource.
Criers because it wouldn’t be Vegas if there weren’t people trying to sell you their wares or get your business and they so weren’t added because the mod author wanted to test the restraint and tolerance of players.
And of course, voiced NPC’s with several hundred lines of voiced dialogue!
The Idea Behind The Mod
I had this mod created a little over a year ago for my own personal use. I hated the way Freeside was in the vanilla game and there wasn’t a lot
of mods that improved Freeside to my liking. Vegas is known as the city of gambling, sex, liquor and food after all and the current Freeside didn’t reflect that. Prodlimen FNVJOD Freeside mod added these beautiful buildings into Freeside but sadly they didn’t have any interiors and were incompatible with some of the mods I used. So, I got to adding them into my own mod, created interiors for them and made sure that they were compatible with the mods I use. However, I hated that I would be the only one to be able to enjoy my mod. So, I finally worked up the courage to ask Prodlimen if I can use his building resources for my mod and have it be enjoyed by the public and he gave me the okay. Now everyone can enjoy a much better looking Freeside.
Compatibility
One of the biggest things for this mod was having it be compatible with the more popular mods on the Nexus. The mods that are compatible with More Lived In Freeside are:

Prodlimen FNVJOD Freeside: I added the neon signs and the replacements for the vanilla buildings like Mike and Ralph’s and The King’s buildings in my mod so there isn’t really a need to download both his and my mod.

FreesideOpen.esm needs to load after Freeside Redone.esm in your load order. Place the patch at the bottom of your load order.
Notes about compatibility:
Please note that not all my patches are compatible with every mod. For insistence, the Freeside Open patch is not compatible with Eliza, Five Aces, Hollander Hotel and FPGE. This is due to the fact that the mods themselves are incompatible with Freeside Open. The mods I listed use the FreesideNorthWorldspace while Freeside Open recreates the FreesideNorthWorldspace into the main FreesideWorldspace. Mods that just use the main FreesideWorldspace should be safe.

Is this mod Legion playthrough friendly?
Yep! Not only is it Legion friendly but also all faction playthrough friendly! So all players who download this mod can breathe easy and not have to
worry if their chosen faction allegiance will get in the way of enjoying everything my mod has to offer.
The voice acting is terrible! I hate it!
I stand by my voice actors. Getting voice actors to voice in mods takes a bit of work and patience. In fact, the longest part for me when making
this mod was gathering voice actors.
This mod breaks my immersion!
In the words of the great Jokerine; "I don't care about your precious immersion."
The casinos seem a little empty.
That was because they have too. Due to the wonders of the Gamebyro engine I can only have so many NPC's in a room otherwise the game will crash or slow down your computer to like 5fps. If anyone knows how to fix's this I will appreciate the help.
I don't like the pictures you have that show off the mod.
I don't either but I am not an amazing picture taker like you see on the Nexus. If you want to help me by taking better pictures that can show off the mod I would greatly appreciate it.
