About this mod

A very simple but tedious "mod" that restores some vanilla buildings in Freeside, for people like me who did a big whoopsie and uninstalled a mod mid-playthrough.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Did you install Freeside and The Strip Redone and uninstall it mid-playthrough? So now you have a bunch of empty plots of land in Freeside? Have you been a Nexus user for going on 10 years now and you still haven't figured out that you should never, ever, ever uninstall mods mid-playthrough? Well, pardner, have I got an ESP for you (and me)!

Uploaded due to (surprisingly) popular request, this ESP simply restores vanilla buildings that are deleted by the mod Freeside and The Strip Redone, so that if you uninstall said mod mid-playthrough (which, let me be clear, you should not ever do), you won't necessarily have to start a whole new game or reinstall the mod. I made this for myself because I was ignorant and uninstalled Freeside Redone after arriving in Freeside, but didn't want to reinstall it or start a new game. So I went in the GECK and copy-pasted all of the missing buildings back in place and saved them to this ESP. I also went ahead and shrank the Freeside crier activators significantly, which I had to do anyway to make moving stuff around easier, but it has the added benefit of making Freeside less annoying.

Instructions
This patch, if you can even call it that, was made for people who uninstalled Freeside and The Strip Redone mid-playthrough. If you didn't do that, then there's no reason to download this. If you did do that, then just install this after you uninstall Redone. Pretty simple.

Issues
I won't lie, there are a few. I've noticed a couple of buildings flickering between their actual model and their LOD. Also, I'm sure there is the occasional missing window or door or chunk of pavement. All that being said, I'm uploading this ESP as-is and I won't be doing anything more with it. Yeah, it's got a few problems, but it does what I needed it to do. Any other issues it has are just the (mitigated!) consequences of uninstalling a settlement overhaul mod in the middle of a playthrough. As far as compatibility goes, I don't know, bud. I think we've both messed around with Freeside mid-playthrough enough, let's just leave it as-is and wait 'til starting a new game before messing with it more.

Credits
RangerBoo for creating the mod Freeside and The Strip Redone. It's genuinely a fantastic and well made mod that deserves all accolades, I'm just a goof who changed my mind about my load order 40+ hours in, and apparently, I'm not alone.

Me, sorta? I didn't really do anything I just clicked on buildings in the GECK and hit ctrl+c and shift+ctrl+v. It literally just makes Freeside vanilla but slightly worse, what else do you want??

You, for uninstalling a mod mid-playthrough and refusing to face the consequences. God bless you, you magnificent bastard, and God bless me, too. Destiny is a wild mare and we're gonna tame it or die trying, together, you and me!! Seriously, though, don't uninstall mods mid-playthrough and test your load order to make sure you like it before starting a real game.
