Completely overhauls the Enclave as a faction in Tale of Two Wastelands. Originally a mod for Fallout 3, I've completely rebuilt it from the ground up, making many improvements along the way.

I always thought the Enclave were rather lackluster in the original Fallout 3 (or in this case Tale of Two Wastelands) they were just your 2-D bad guys who all looked the same, and for some reason didn't really seem to communicate with each other. This mod aims to change this.

This mod completely overhauls the Enclave as a faction, diversifying their weapons, armor, and even adds some new content.

3. Renamed/edited NPCs

Enclave Soldier (Laser Pistol, 0) = Enclave Recruit
Description: The lowest tier soldier of the Enclave, they pretty much are straight out of boot camp. You're probably the first thing they're shooting at that isn't some sort of training dummy.

Armor: Enclave Combat Armor

Possible weapon: .32 Caliber Pistol, .45 Auto Pistol, 5.56mm Pistol, 9mm Pistol, 10mm Pistol



Enclave Soldier (Ripper, 0) = Enclave Melee Recruit
Description: The melee equivalent of the recruit, these soldiers for some reason want to be up close in personal with their enemy. They're a lot rarer than the recruit because, well, you'd have to be a fool to take a knife over a gun.

Armor: Enclave Combat Armor

Possible weapon: Combat Knife, Bowie Knife



Enclave Soldier (Laser Pistol, 1) = Enclave Light Infantry Unit
Description: The light infantry unit are recruits that have been on a few missions, and have done well enough to get promoted.

Armor: Enclave Combat Armor, Reinforced

Possible weapon: 10mm Submachine Gun, 12.7mm Submachine Gun



Enclave Soldier (Ripper, 1) = Enclave Light Melee Unit
Description: The melee equivalent of the light infantry unit, they somehow have made it far enough with a melee weapon without dying or switching to a gun.

Armor: Enclave Combat Armor, Reinforced

Possible weapon: Ballistic Fist, Power Fist, Saturnite Fist



Enclave Soldier (Laser Rifle) = Enclave Infantry Unit
Description: These soldiers have been in the Enclave for some time, and are now trusted with operating power armor, and higher caliber weaponry.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Power Armor Mk. II / X-02 Power Armor, Enclave

Possible weapon: Assault Carbine, Combat Shotgun, Infiltrator, Marksman Carbine, Riot Shotgun, Sniper Rifle



Enclave Soldier (Flamer) = Enclave Melee Unit
Description: The melee equivalent of the infantry unit, they are extremely rare, as they somehow managed to survive using a knife or their fists long enough to the point they are trusted with power armor.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Power Armor Mk. II / X-02 Power Armor, Enclave

Possible weapon: Super Sledge, Thermic Lance



Enclave Soldier (Plasma Rifle) = Enclave Energy Specialist
Description: The most common variant of the Enclave soldier, this unit, well, specializes in energy rifles.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Tesla Power Armor Mk. II / X-02 Power Armor, Enclave Tesla

Possible weapon: Laser RCW, Laser Rifle, Plasma Rifle, Recharger Rifle



Enclave Soldier (Big Gun) = Enclave Heavy Infantry Unit
Description: Rifles just weren't these soldiers' cup of tea, and wanted a bit more firepower.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Tesla Power Armor Mk. II / X-02 Power Armor, Enclave Tesla

Possible weapon: Arc Welder, Gatling Laser, Light Machine Gun, Minigun, Plasma Caster, Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun, Tesla Cannon



Enclave Soldier (Missile) = Enclave Demolition Expert 
Description: There's just something about explosions that's just riveting to these soldiers...

Armor: Enclave Advanced Tesla Power Armor Mk. II / X-02 Power Armor, Enclave Tesla

Possible weapon: 25mm Grenade APW, Grenade Machinegun, Missile Launcher, Red Glare



Enclave Soldier (Hellfire Armor) = Enclave Commando Unit 
Description: The commando is the absolute best of the best in the Enclave. only the strongest, most loyal, and most experienced soldiers have the honor of being a commando.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Power Armor Mk. III / X-03 Power Armor

Possible weapon: Anti-Material Rifle, Bozar, Gauss Rifle, LAER, Multiplas Rifle, Tri-Beam Laser Rifle

Additional notes:
When entering combat, commandos will go invisible (similar to the Crimson Dragoons), then become visible again after either leaving combat or dying
Commandos will drop stealth boys upon death



Enclave Hellfire Trooper = Enclave Inferno Unit
Description: Whereas infantry units and energy specialists usually become commandos when promoted, heavy infantry units and demolition experts are given the inferno unit position when promoted.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Power Armor Mk. III / X-03 Power Armor

Weapons: Flamer, Heavy Incinerator

Additional note: 
Inferno units are given and will utilize both the flamer and heavy incinerator during combat, if the enemy is at a distance, they will use the heavy incinerator, but if the enemy gets close to them, they will being using their flamer.



Enclave Officer
Description: Really the only change that the officers got were the fact that they got more weapons to use, other than that they're pretty much unchanged.

Armor: Enclave Officer Uniform

Possible weapons: 12.7mm Pistol, .32 Pistol, .44 Magnum Revolver, Laser Pistol, Plasma Defender, Plasma Pistol, Police Pistol, Recharger Pistol



Enclave Scientist
Description: I decided to have the scientists not carry any pistols with them, because all they do is flee, so having the pistols are kind of pointless.

Armor: Enclave Scientist Uniform

Colonel Autumn
Description: As colonel of the Enclave, you'd think Autumn would have more than just a 10mm pistol or laser pistol, so I gave him a more powerful gun and a hat.

Armor: Enclave Colonel Uniform, Enclave Officer Hat

Weapon: Ol' Hickory

Additional note: Autumn is supposed to wear the Enclave Colonel Hat, however issues with TTW 3.2.x causes any newly created hats to float to the side of the PC or NPC's head instead of on their head, so the hat can be found in his quarters in Raven Rock.



Armory Master
Description: I wanted to give the armory master a slightly larger role, so I gave him a new set of armor and a note.

Armor: "Robo Thor" Plasma Power Armor / X-04 Plasma Power Armor, "Robo Thor"

Weapon: Precision Gatling-Laser

Additional note: The composite recon helmet that is usually worn by the Armory Master is still in their inventory, so it is still obtainable.




4. New NPCs

Enclave Deserter
Description: The Enclave deserter was a soldier of the Enclave ever since the days of the Oil Rig, and only just recently deserted.

Armor: X-01 Power Armor

Weapon: Plasma Caster



Captain Torez
Description: Captain Torez acts as the commander of the Satellite Relay Station during the events of Broken Steel.

Armor: Enclave Advanced Shocktrooper Power Armor / X-02 Power Armor, Shocktrooper

Weapon: Plasma Rifle



Corporal Shepard
Description: Corporal Shepard acts as the leader of the strike team at Old Olney during the events of Broken Steel

Armor: X-03 Power Armor

Weapon: Inhuman Thoughts



Lieutenant General Janice Chase
Description: Janice Chase serves as second in command of the Enclave during Broken Steel, and oversees the officer and science divisions of the Enclave. She, along with her older brother, are direct descendants of U.S. General Constantine Chase, and have served the Enclave their entire lives, since the days of the Enclave Oil Rig.

Armor: Enclave Officer Uniform

Weapon: Richardson's Glory



General Constantine Chase III
Description: Constantine Chase III serves as the leader of the Enclave during Broken Steel, and oversees the soldier division and also gives out orders to sector/base leaders. He, along with his younger sister, are direct descendants of U.S. General Constantine Chase, and have served the Enclave their entire lives, since the days of the Enclave Oil Rig.

Armor: X-03 Power Armor

Weapon: Star-Spangled Laser




5. Requirements

Requires Tale of Two Wastlands

The combat armors use ACA-X - An Advanced Combat Armor Black Retex as a base, so that is required
NO LONGER REQUIRED AS OF v1.3



6. Installation

Simply install using the mod manager of your choice, or extract to the Fallout New Vegas directory.




7. Compatibility

Fully compatible with Enclave Improvement Project, Enclave Rangers, Point Lookout Enclave Presence, and For The Enclave

Compatible with Tweaks for TTW, though bFo3Enclave is redundant and bEnclaveTSeriesPA/bEnclaveCombatArmor should be disabled. bLowLevelEnclave and bReducedBrokenSteelSpawnsEnclave can be enabled if desired.

Compatible with Claim the Mojave (and the Capital), however East Enclave Tweaks is recommended.



8. Bugs

Due to issues with TTW 3.2.x, the Enclave Colonel Hat floats on the left hand side of the PC and any NPC heads, issue should be fixed once TTW is updated.
