Some carefully added traits and perks to TTW

This mod is actually a heavily modified version of  ST Traits and Perks by smiley tops specifically for TTW 3.2.2+. He gave permission for anyone to use modify and adapt. I kept the perks and traits that were least buggy and most unique or added something useful to the game that is either fun or needed a bit. I will be modifying all the perk images in a future version.


Known issue: Robot Master rank 2 allows you to steal practically any non quest-related robot. And also follower robots will not go though doors after you because is a creature related open door flag not ai flag.

Known issue: Cancerous growth (which heals crippling) will also prevent from finishing Moira's quest where you have to be crippled.

Known issues: Ghoul trait appears to be disabled. You need to be a Ghoul race to pick Ghoul trait. The engine doesn't show the race as requirement in Fallout NV though it did show in Fallout 3

- Distracted should correctly give 1 perk /level even after reload
- All perks/traits re-use game graphics to improve compatibility with graphics mods (old graphics are in there but unused)
- Protean uses sinks instead (most mirrors were not working properly)
- Cleaned it up with FNVEdit
- Loner perk is now fixed no longer gives 90% VATS accuracy

- added completely new perk images from Consistent Pipboy Icons  by ItsMeJesusHChrist . the images are free to use providing I send a notice of their use which i did :) very cool stuff btw and is TTW compatible since it include icons from FO3 as well as some FO3 mods.
- Protean should give the appropriate bonus on Charisma
- i modified Distracted to give 1/2 of skill points per level
- Fixed some spelling errors and wording for some perks
- modified the script for the ghoul mask to not reset Feral Affinity perk or Ghoul trait alliances . Feral Mask will still reset crime though.

- fixes issues with Robot Master. I may have to remove this perk seems buggy. Rank 1 works fine but rank 2 is a struggle.  Robot Master will not work on any robotics followers and also removed Repair.  you can actually steal robots now. the whole perk is interesting but not well designed . i need some advice /help on how to improve this perk or i may have to get rid of it.

- Adds a new perk Scavenger World which is like the FO3 mod but in perk version. It adds an activate option on urban and suburban rubble piles to scavenge while holding a shovel.  Is all done using coding and these Auxiliary variables from JIP . It sets permanent variables to statics to mark what you have visited and they saved in the game save file (will not bloat the save file). When you try to visit again it will say alread visited. You have 30% base chance + luck * 3 to get an item. The items are all junk. it gives you a shovel if you don't have one. also you have 1-5% chance based on luck  to find really rare stuff including removed game content !
- added a new perk Mutate! it allows you to pick 1 more trait.
- added a new Trait Distracted gives 1 perk per level but -60% less skill points
- modified some perks and made them more friendly for OCD peeps mostly using 5%10% 15% instead of 3% 7% 12% 
- removed a rank from "More Criticals" and added 2 ranks for all "Better ..." perks
-fixed gillman to work when you're 40% submerged in water
- Ghoul trait is now only available for Ghouls not Marked Man but I gotta change it up completely


Sorry few of the perk graphics are subpar. I think I messed textures and made them worse. I will fix at a later date.

This mod adds effects not normally found in other traits or perks: 
- underwater breathing
- bonus speed, attack speed, and damage for unarmed/melee/ranged
- "Animal Friendly" type perks for robots, insects, feral ghouls. Some have unique interactions.
- bonus charisma and ability to morph face
- a perk to dig rubble and look for valuable loot
