I think this looks better than the one in Charge's Texture Pack. It's subtle, but still noticeable. maybe you two can work together to cover everything in the game in half the time?
Hell yes, was waiting for someone to use machine learning texturing tools on New Vegas. Most texture packs change the look of the vanilla game too much, hope someone will to a total facelift with this eventually.
