DESCRIPTION
Since its inception back in the 1950s, the venerable G3 rifle has proven to be an incredibly versatile design with countless copies (both licensed and not) and derivatives to choose from. This mod is designed to resemble the PSG-1, an accurized sniper rifle based on the G3 design.

I started with the legacy-content G3 Assault Rifle mesh and removed the stock, pistol grip, barrel and handguard. I then added the stock from the Marksman Carbine (Hello, old friend!), the pistol grip, handguard and barrel from the Service Rifle, and the scope from the Hunting Rifle. I then shortened the magazine and retextured the handguard and barrel. Lastly, I modified the delta ring from the Assault Carbine to make the palm rest on the grip.

Gameplay-wise, this weapon plays identically to the Sniper Rifle, but with a magazine capacity of ten rounds and a higher scope zoom. It can be modded with the Sniper Rifle Suppressor and the Hunting Rifle Extended Mags. I've also added the weapon to all the appropriate form lists, so that all perks and challenges that affect rifles will work as expected.

LOCATION
The weapon can be purchased from the Gun Runners and other vendors across the Wasteland, or found in random loot drops. Of course, if you're feeling lazy, you can always use the following console command (Substitute ## with the number of the mod in your load order):

player.AddItem ##000ADE 1 ;Gives 1 Precision Shooter's Rifle

INSTALLATION
Extract all the files in the archive to your New Vegas data folder (which is the same folder where FalloutNV.esm is located) and then enable the ESP either in your mod manager of choice, or under "Data Files" in the launcher that runs when you start up New Vegas.
