Wholly pointless, mod. It was named from a movie called logan's run, where people live an idyllic life and are "reincarnated" at the age of 30. The character named Logan that set out to find "runners" people the found out the dark truth behind the reincarnation story. Anyway thats the whole point of the level 30 cap behind it, also it's there because getting to level 50 makes characters too OP for the most part. So adds in much needed C&C to your character build. You can't get 100's in all(or most) skills anymore makes you think.
With all this taken out, leads me to wonder why even take the thing in the first place? I mean with out taking it, your not limited in your level cap anyway. You get 5 extra levels for each DLC to make it 50 with them all. Or you could just use a mod like Project Nevada, and modify much more things including your max level.
While you make a good point, let me make a better one. There is a reason I listed this in Cheats and God Items. Because that's the point of it. If you're gonna take the time to insult a mod, you should think about why it was made. Let me be frank with you. I don't particularly care what the point of the trait was, I don't care what it was referencing, and I don't care if it breaks game balance, because that was what it was made to do. While I appreciate your criticism, this was made for someone that simply wanted to have no inconvenience using chems whatsoever. And if someone wants to use Project Nevada over this they are more than welcome to. People play different ways, friend.
It's worth noting, unless there's some extension I haven't heard of, from my testing with max level cap editing mods the actual maximum level cap is 99, because as soon as the game reaches 100 it will crash.
