Damage is too high I think it is better DPS than the All American and Marksmans Carbine with half the skill req.

No, it really isn't. In fact, it's too low for a .308 weapon. The All-American and Marksman Carbine are 5.56mm rifles with great accuracy. 38 damage instead of 25 for the G3 would be more balanced and make more sense. That is lower than the damage done per shot by the automatic rifle from Dead Money BTW.

I thought the "Assault Rifle" in Fallout 3 was just an HK33 (Full-auto G3 variant in 5.56) that looked like a CETME rifle (wood furniture+parkerized finish), not an actual attempt at a G3 lol

It is similar to the CETME but given that it's very likely American produced it could be a Harrington & Richardson TR223.

On the off chance anyone still uses NV Nexus: is anyone else getting low damage from this rifle? I'm getting just over have the damage from my other 308 rifles and if im getting the same damage from my 556 rifles (which dont look this cool) I might use those instead rip

I love this mod, although, the looks of the rifle are much closer to that of a C.E.T.M.E. model C (which the G3 is based upon), also I LOVE THAT YOU CHANGED THE AMMO TO .308, mainly because of it being more accurate to te real gun and making more sense.

It should be. If not in lootable crates then at the very least in vendor inventories.

It seems that the shots consistently land somewhere above the the ring on the iron sights. Is that supposed to happen?

No, but there's not much I can do about it, since there isn't an actual aperture in the rear sight to properly line up the sights. I had to angle it slightly, so yeah, it'll shoot a little high, but I figured that's better than having no sight picture at all.

Does it require any of the DLCs?

No. 99% of my mods are base-game compatible and do not require any DLCs, unless explicitly stated in the description. And any mods that do, I'll usually provide a base-game compatible version.

Owning both a G3A3 and an HK91A4 and being very familiar with the aesthetic of these rifles, your changes to the base R91 model really did a great job patching the gaps in terms of accuracy.
I intend to get back to you about TTW 3.2 compatibility, as well.

No crashing, and the gun isn't added to the FO3 leveling lists, so I'd consider that compatible with TTW.
