It's been a little bit since I was running around in the TTW locations, but the whole time I've had this installed and all of my plugins up to date, I've never had any issues with it.
Alright, if MildlyFootwear has moved past active upkeep on this (totally understandable) I'll make a sister mod to DC Arsenal that covers most of this mod's features for the Mojave. No ETA, I've got a bunch of projects ongoing.
Alright everybody, Nevada Arsenal has been released. It's simpler, so it should see less bugs and issues as times go on. It also has a couple of WotW's features like the grenade and shotgun ammo changes, as well as a Mad Bomber explosive generalizer and recipe change, a hand load tag remover, as well as GRA weapon renaming. Big thanks to MildlyFootwear for the previous years of effective WotW functionality, and for the permission to include some of their secondary changes in NevA.
I've noticed some users are reporting crashes/errors, but I would just like to say that I've been using latest versions of xNVSE and JIP LN NVSE with no problems. It could be a setting in the MCM that users are checking that may be incompatible with the latest versions of xNVSE and JIP LN NVSE, but with the lack of information from the reported crashes, its a bit difficult to tell.
I can say on my part that the only MCM settings I've changed from default on my TTW setup is that I enabled the Grenade Adjustments.
I was having issues with TTW crashing on fast travel/loading until i removed this, unless im doing something wrong, i would recommend TTW users to unfortunately avoid.
It seems odd that it would stop functioning but since you aren't the only one to report it I'll make prominent note of it in the description. If I had to hazard a guess I would say it's from changes in xNVSE and JIP LN NVSE but I'm not in much of a position to fix it currently. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Description says it's compatible with TTW but my mod manager gives me an error message saying they're incompatible and "plugin dependencies are unfulfilled"
I haven't had New Vegas installed in a while, but it was made with Tale of Two Wastelands v3.2. Assuming you are using v3.2-v3.2.2, there are a handful of things it could be.
Verify you are using the latest version of JIP LN NVSE and that it is loaded after Tale of Two Wastelands.
Verify that everything that should be enabled is. i.e. DeadMoney.esm, HonestHearts.esm, etc.
Assuming both of those are true, without knowing what Mod Manager you are using "incompatible" and "plugin dependencies are unfulfilled" is fairly cryptic. The latter is outright wrong under any circumstance and the former makes no sense since there aren't any files that come with Weapons of the Wasteland that could conflict.
Does not appear to add the .45 Auto Pistol to any merchant's inventory no matter what I do. That's the main thing I wanted it for really. At least it seemed to work fine other than that?
I don't know if you plan to ever update this mod again, but if you do, I think it'd be great to see Fire Bombs get used more often. It's really strange to me how molotovs seem to basically be unheard of among the wasteland's raider populace despite being incredibly easy to build.
