DESCRIPTION
This mod adds a very slow revolving animation to the Lucky 38 tower.
NOTE:
This mod is now a "Modders resource". I cant go on with this work. I couldnt match the lights animation with the tower animation due the lights have already an animation that is too difficult for me to change without breaking it. So far, this is beyond my skills. The mod will stay as a "modders resource" for those who want to continue with this work.

INSTALLATION
Extract the meshes in your FONV data folder.
