A conservative revamp of New Vegas' perks. Merges bad perks into other perks to make less bad perks, and changes the requirements of some others. Also makes it so perception actually affects accuracy to a small extent. Includes fixes from YUP.

Installation:
Extract Perk Rework.esp, the Sound folder, and any of the esps for the DLC that you use to your Data folder and activate them in the launcher. Load this mod after any other mods making perk changes.

Perk Rework DM.esp = Dead Money
Perk Rework HH.esp = Honest Hearts
Perk Rework OWB.esp = Old World Blues
Perk Rework LR.esp = Lonesome Road



SPECIAL Changes:
Perception now affects your accuracy both inside and outside of VATS:
Perception 1 = 20% penalty to accuracy
Perception 2 = 15% penalty to accuracy
Perception 3 = 10% penalty to accuracy
Perception 4 = 5% penalty to accuracy
Perception 5 = No change
Perception 6 = 5% bonus to accuracy
Perception 7 = 10% bonus to accuracy
Perception 8 = 15% bonus to accuracy
Perception 9 = 20% bonus to accuracy
Perception 10 = 25% bonus to accuracy

Friend of the Night + Night Person (If you're willing to install 3 mods to try to make this perk worth using, I also suggest Improved Friend of the Night and Desaturated Colorless Cateye. Screenshots with mods installed included above.)
