As per Raikater 's suggestion, I added Cole's body in the villa, with a unique outfit and weapon, both of which are (hopefully) balanced. Click the spoiler link below if you want more details:

Cole can be found in Salida del Sol, near the location with the switches where you must bring Dog/God for the Gala event. I thought about placing her off the beaten path, but I decided against making the player hunt for something that is essentially just flavour. She should be fairly easy to spot, provided you look around a little.
As for her duster, I gave it a little bit of DT, though considerably less than the Assassin Suit or the Sierra Madre Security Uniform - making up for that are the Endurance and Guns buffs. After all, Cole was a hardy gunslinger.
The Lever-Action Shotgun she's carrying is actually based on some trivia I read about the DLC, which suggests that originally this weapon was meant to appear inside the Police Station, but was cut from the final version of the game. Well, now you can get it again, but of course, ammo is limited.
ALSO, the Vanilla lighting version is the only one I'll be supporting going forward - I am not using ILO anymore, and Simple Interior Lighting works better and more cleanly anyway.

The "Lady in the Water" refers to Vera's hologram in the fountain. Turn facing the same way she is, walk up to the exit gate and the key is in a trashcan to the left.
This is what I’ve been hoping to see in a Dead Money player home!
I noticed a few of the popular ones are too grandiose or give the player some stacked advantages which kind of defeats the whole vibe of Dead Money. Good mod.
love the mod, helped me during dead money, lore to it was also really nice. Though sadly i didnt know coles body was in the game during my run so i didnt get the items, i went back and the body despawned, is it possible if you could give the item ID's to the outfit and gun?
The home itself looks great! I loved the "mini quest" you had to do in order to unlock it. Not to mention the tragic backstory of Cole, which was great, and a nice touch. The backstory definitely added character to the place. Two things which would have been great to add would have been 1. to add Coles dead body somewhere in the villa, perhaps she could have some unique weapon on her or something. And 2; even more terminal entries. They were really fun to read, congratulations on such a great mod:D
