    3.0.2 Changes:

    I noticed some of the UI was off-center and fixed it.

    I also made a patch for RAD - Radiation (is) Actually Dangerous - Overhaul.

    It will allow you to take Radiation Damage exactly like Fallout 4. Hardcore players can even take AP Damage.

    Great mod, but I'm having trouble with the markers on the compass. It's hard to differentiate which is pointing towards the main objective and which is just an npc or random thing. Is there a fix for this?

    Anyone know why the Compass isn't changing? The brackets and markers are fine, but the N E S W Bar is Vanilla and basically gets overlapped with the bracket. You can see what I mean in this image on the bottom left here that someone using this also posted. They're using DarnUI and so am I, which I'm guessing is the culprit.

    Also, not pictured, the Compass Quest Marker is under the Compass instead of on top like the Enemy/NPC dots. Anyway to fix that?

    Thank you.

    I love this mod, but for some reason, I can't get it to work with TTW. When I use it with TTW, compass markers for NPCs just don't appear at all for some reason. I did not have this issue when using it with just New Vegas, so it SEEMS to be specific to TTW or some mod I am using in my TTW mod load order. None of the files are being overwritten in MO2 though, so not sure why it's happening.

      For anyone else running into this, I did not find a fix, but I do not experience the issue with Simplified FO4 HUD and Simple Health and AP Bars. You won't get a full Fallout 4 style look, but at least the compass works as intended.

      The only thing I can suggest is going to textures\interface\hud for this mod and trying to manually delete the problem file. See if deleting one of those makes the vanilla tick mark come back. If you can find the one that gives you a problem, I can fix it for everyone that uses TTW. I don't personally use TTW and I don't plan to.

      Delete/hide glow_hud_tick_mark.dds from the mod.

    Is your mod compatible with the bRecentlyDeadNPCIndicator option from Stewie tweaks? I've tried on my end but it doesn't work when using this HUD.

    Nice, I needed something simple just to tidy up the UI and this is fabulous... A massive improvement over the vanilla UI. Almost makes me want to lick my screen because it just looks so clean and minty fresh. Many thanks and endorsed!

    It works perfectly but, we all know the compass isn't to the left. Is there a way or a similar mod that puts it in the center where it belongs?

    My radiation counter still vanilla, is this how it has to be or am I doing something wrong?
    In the case that is the first option, is there any mod that changes that?

      Care to elaborate a bit? You just mean the meter that appears when you're taking radiation damage? I might have just not modified it.

    Actually FO4's RGB values are:
    iHUDColorR = 18
    iHUDColorG = 255
    iHUDColorB = 21
    (taken from original Fallout4Prefs.ini, you can verify it here for example).
    FICC ui color changer converts these RGB values to this code in FNV's FalloutPrefs.ini:
    uPipboyColor=318706944
    uHUDColor=318706944

      Weird, I feel like I did the same thing at the time. Unless they changed it in an update.

      Hello Charmareian! Wanted to thank you for this wonderful mod, it perfectly fits into the game and plays nice with VUI+ without issues so far! Enjoying your mod with great pleasure, endorsed.

      I assume that since the mod is just a retexture it would also flawlessly work in FO3, wouldn't it? Unless some FO3's texture(s) have different path(s), haven't checked it out yet. Also FO3's interfaceshared0.dds might have different layout.

      EDIT: Yep, I can confirm that the default FO3 textures for HUD have the same paths as in FNV. So you could safely upload and publish your mod for FO3 as well, why not. Not sure about interfaceshared0.dds though.

      Glad you like it. Just a simple retexture since I never liked how the blurry tick marks looked. Don't really care for the cleaned up versions people have made either. As for Fallout 3, I don't really have any interest in it. People are free to port and host the mod themself if they want to. I feel like most people into modding would use TTW over the original game anyways.
