despite all my search on the nexus i could no find any nv color changer for the UI. so i whent to fallout 3 and got the one i know worked for it. i tested it with my new vegas its not hard to do.
~INSTRUCTIONS~
1. extract the file
2. run the program
3. fry your computer (( jk )) change it to english at the bottom right if you dont speak dutch
4. change the path to your fallout new vegas INI in your documents
5. secelt the colors for your UI and Pipboy
6. apply changes and enjoy :D
