For the benefit of anyone else who runs into the same problem I had: If you use this mod with New Vegas Landscape Overhaul Remastered it will put a big ol' pile of rubble right in front of the door, totally blocking entry. It's easy to fix: just go into the console (~) and click on the rubble, it should now say "RubblePile05" at the top of the screen. Then type "disable" which will cause the whole pile to disappear at once. Hope this helps someone.
When a vendor's caps passes a threshold, a little over 32000 caps, it causes a glitch. The vendor will take your stuff, but you won't receive any money.
Edit: Oh, I see. You didn't give him that much. There shouldn't be any problems then.
