Proper Movement Speed

I've always been surprised by the lack of demand for movement speed mods. Every Bethesda Game Studios game I've played has needed movement adjustments. Even Fallout 4, a 2015 release, has awkward, unnatural movement which can practically ruin any sort of roleplay within the game
.

This is a simple mod that does 3 things:

1. Increases walk speed - Walk like a human would, not a snail.

2. Decreases run speed - Run like a human would, not a cheetah. (More like jogging, not running)

3. Balances sneak speed - Sneak like a human would, not a.......sneaky..animal. (Spider maybe!?)

This mod is meant to be used in conjunction with Project Nevada. While not a requirement, I adjusted these settings with Project Nevada installed to assure that its sprint feature played nice with these settings, so it's strongly advised to only use this alongside Project Nevada.

Installation

Mod Manager:
Simply install with NMM or Mod Organizer.

(See Note below)

Manual:

Extract the contents of the archive using Winrar or 7zip. Copy or Cut the PMS.esp and Paste it into your FNV Data folder.

(See Note below)

Note
To ensure that this mod works properly with Project Nevada's sprint feature you will need to adjust two settings in Project Nevada Rebalance using the MCM (Mod Configuration Menu).

In game, press ESC, open the Mod Configuration Menu.
Choose "PN Rebalance" on the left hand side.
Now choose "Stealth + Movement".
Under "Movement Speed"
Change "Running Mult." to 2.40
Change "Holstered Mult." to 1.00

Keep in mind, this removes the movement penalty while having a weapon drawn. I personally find that feature so subtle that I haven't missed it at all since playing without it.

That's it folks. Not much else to this mod.
