Could you make a patch that changes the DT on non-armor pieces to DR? I love the aesthetic of the outfit (Particularly with schlafenszeit's blue/black pallate), but its power level is absurdly high for light armor.
my 2 Caps its a good armor if you wanna do something with the gloves maybe lockpicking +5 and +2 to energy weapons and guns on the gloves (energy weapons/guns on left and lockpicking on right)
Thank you Actually adding some stats to any armor piece with geck/fnvedit is quite simple, if you learn how to, you can modify the stats of any piece to your liking. I didn't add more because i didn't want it to be too over-powered.

Beg to bethesda, it's illegal, since it uses new vegas models as a base
I think the gloves can add like +5 explosives or lockpick (like Proj. Nevada hand stabilizer implant) or similar to bomb squad technician gloves...
And some part of the set can add +1 Luck to represent the risk of being a belligerent engineer
