I found a fix, which is a bit tedious. I commented it under TTW Vibrant Weathers already, so I'll copy my comment here: (...) This was another one of those many situations in my life where only minutes after asking I figured it out my own. When using the GECK instead of FNVEdit it becomes so obvious. For for each "Weather" entry, simply copy the colour values (RGB, one number for each, but in the GECK you can paste them all at once) for "Day" to "High Noon" and the ones under "Night" to "Mid Night" respectively. If someone would like a more in-depth explanation, let me know. Just a bit tired right now to spell it all out. :D
Currently trying to figure out how to ask Durast (the original mod author) for permission to upload my fix. He/she seems to be gone from the Nexus and the original mod with them. I would give Jokerine my fixed ESP file but she seems gone for good, as well... :( You guys can contact me personally, though. I can send you the fixed ESP, I guess... I just won't put it up publicly.
Oh and if you want rain to work (it didn't in my version because of YUP, I think) use this. Load it as far down in your load order. I even merged it with this mod here which I always keep at the very bottom anyway.
Hey Jokerine I've just installed the mod and I'm noticing that the cloudy weather type gets really really dark, like almost night time dark, is that supposed to happen? (I have the brightness slider at half way mark, so it's not that, not using ENB either)
(Also if you could tell me how to make it brigther that would be tops)
Oh, yeah, that's a bug I also get where the night goes super dark. I hope to try and figure it out this weekend if I can, I've just been super busy. In the meantime I usually just use fw 02010C78 to make the weather rainy (the rain is from Honest Hearts) and that removes the darkness my swapping weathers. Not ideal, of course, but it's something
Okay, thanks for the reply Also it's not night time weather it was just 12pm and cloudy weather got super dark! Looked really unnatural (well maybe not for a post nuclear wasteland lol)
I don't think this is kept up to date on the 3.0 release, plus the mod it is based on is no longer around. But this is FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting and works for TTW https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52037 The interior lights in FO3 will stay the same mostly though. Like in the megaton house. But the external lighting changes, TTW removes the green hue anyway so the lighting is that of NV. Pretty much any mod that changes things in NV will work with TTW, but be careful, I've only got a few armor mods and that lighting mod installed and everything works great in both games.
I download, installed and... nothing happened! Still have the old, boring look of vanilla FNV.
A couple of questions, if I may.
The mod change the weather in the Mojave or only in DC Wasteland? I chose your mod because Nevada Skies started to give me trouble, so I removed the mod via FOMM. I don't have any other weather mod and I don't use ENB.
I have New Vegas Redesign 3.0, Vurt's Wasteland Flora, millenia weapons retextures and FCO (Fallout Character Redesign) installed, but that's about it regarding graphical enhancements.
You chose the Enhanced Skies for TTW v1 - No Rain version, which is TTW only so it only edits the DC weathers. If you want the bluer skies and stuff in the Mojave chose the Enhanced Skies for TTW v1 - Rain Blue Sky and Darker Nights version, and remove the rain in FNVEDIT if you don't want it
Still using it and its working out great, i like the rain, its not too consistent which is nice because rain can be depressing all the time. Im gona try out the bluer night version now.

A little more background on why this breaks the noon time lighting and how broken it is in Vanilla when not using JIP

Edit: f*#@ it, here is the fix!
Can I get the ESP Fix? This is the only mod that shows the actual sky and clouds for my mod list.
I didn't get a notification for your comment.
Here is the fix from back then. :)
I decided it's nonsense to not just post it in the comments, so here you go. Everyone can have it now even I get hit by a bus tomorrow. <3
