Only issue with this mod: even if you get your Endurance to 9 the doctor from New Vegas Clinic won't recognize it and won't be able to apply more implants on you. I had a starting Endurance of 5 so I took some Implants, later I return trying to purchase the rest of the implants but I couldnt. Other than that, great mod! Endorsed
I love it. I also love how OP it is. Since the level cap of FO3 was 30 and NV was 50, maybe an optional plugin to push it to 50? It is sort of the end-all be-all perk of Godliness. Either way, endorsed!
Please continue making all the perks of fo3 and its dlcs. The mods that are floating around with all those perks really are disjointed and some over lap each other. Ultimately they all are missing some of the perks. It really makes it look like a butchered hack job on the perks. I hate cluttering my mods list with a dozen mods when some one could make the effort and make one mod that has them all included. There was an attempted mod that tried to do just that. But they never finished it. Anyways I hope you can take the time to do what no one has and truly make the entire fo3/dlc's perk list.
TTW can be to big for some users depending on there computer also I dont use TTW simply because it causes it to load a lot longer which gets really annoying.
TTW takes a lot of work to get running. When I already have a heavy load order for a 4gig new vegas game it just makes things way to complicated. Not only that there are all sorts of compatibility mods that let content from one mod apply to TTW. Going through over a 100 mods to see which ones have them would be a day's work by itself.

You could have all of the perks from FO3 and it's DLC along with all of the actual gameplay of FO3 and it's DLC.
