Me too. I think it might be a script engine overload, going to experiment with having fewer followers. Also I'm playing using TTW.
Edit: I unistalled, it was just too buggy. I'm using JIP CCC and have a large-ish party of followers (9), both vanilla and custom. Brynn is the only one I've had issues with. The uninstall fixed it.
Perhaps this mod is simply not compatible with JIP CC and/or TTW. Normally there are no bugs or problems, so if they do occur then that indicates a conflict with something else that has been installed.
Just came to say like the custom armor really stands out, and it funny and wowza when all that starts coming off 1 layer at a time and then it all comes off 0_0 .......... shejust a totally average person :D .
Have far to many followers and assuming she not really given a ton of unique lines or anything won't be downloading, but ya gj on that armor and assume her looks for lore and the like and not funny, but to me it was so thanks for that.
This is one of my favorite companion mods of all time. Sadly it always crashes or freezes after a few minutes of play, even if it is the only mod installed. I hope one day it will be fixed
Normally there are no bugs or problems, so if they do occur it potentially indicates a conflict with something else that has been installed. For example, a couple players reported issues with JIP CC and TTW. Another possible cause is the game's application memory (which is not the same as your system's phyisical memory) is maybe becoming exhausted, which then results in a crash.
Something you can try is to install and use the FNV 4GB Patcher. It helps to resolve out-of-memory issues:
Perhaps also try the other suggestions RoyBatterian offers in his post on AWOP's forum for dealing with various kinds of crashes and memory issues. See his "sticky" post that begins with "If you experience crashing on changing cells or loading areas." Here is a link to that forum:
Alternatively, if possible, you could send me a copy of a saved game that is just before such a crash, with instructions on what I should do to maybe cause it to happen. Perhaps I can discover something. Saved games are in \Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Saves with .FOS as the extension. It should be a "full" saved game, not a "quick" save. Upload it to somewhere I can grab it from with instructions on how to do that, or email it as an attachment to: [email protected].
Sometimes, but not always, I am able to troubleshoot a saved game even though I do not have all of the same installs.
Because that is the unique armor that I chose for her to be wearing when first met. It has very large pockets, so while being worn she is able to carry quite a lot of things for you -- a great deal more than regular teammates. Downloaded to check her out...Got there...She was already fighting Cadrazors....incapped before I could even get there...heh You really put her in a dangerous spot....
That helmet and goggles remind me of Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. I like her. I like nice simple uncomplicated companions and she's those things but still manages to have just about the right amount of personality. Good work!
