This is my first ever official mod, of a cazaclaw companion using MissMorose's Cazaclaw resource.
It places a small "Pet shop" at the 188 across from the Arms merchant, with a store owner who has a backstory and will sell you Dusty (you'll get a better deal if you have 30+ barter) as well as a few other items related to hunting and animals. He will also repair your items. The terminal has more details on the merchant. Wild Wasteland perk will reveal a small easter egg in the terminal as well. 

Dusty has a companion wheel and you won't be able to talk to him or get him to follow you until you purchase him. He is smaller than most cazaclaws.
I may update in the future giving the merchant a voice if I can get a voice actor, as well as a quest or two and more creature's you can purchase.
