This mod will change the Dead Money Collar 's name to Defective Dead Money Collar, as it will not be functional anymore
as far as exploding on the player, but the beeps will still emitt, if player's complain about this too much, I'll take it
out too in a future release.

I also had another Free Roam mod for Dead Money, but at that time, I wasn't as great at G.E.C.K, And at the time I hadn't
used the geck as much as I did today, and ended up deleting EVERY radio, messing up gameplay.

Other than that, This mod was tested by myself from DLC Start to Finish, and shouldn't effect story progression much.
