This mod works with either TTW or Fallout New Vegas. Also this mod is also available for FO3 in the FO3 files section.

If you like to play the game in sneak/stealth mode then this mod might interest you. What is does is disable the option to sit as well as sleep while in sneak mode. The options will still show in your hud but if you try to select either of them you will discover that they are disabled. Why you may ask would this be of value? Well if you are playing as a stealthy character and in sneak mode and you see an item you would like to steal or pickup but it's on or near furniture making it difficult to pickup without possibly selecting sit by mistake. And when you do this there just happens to be an enemy close to you. Well you get the picture. So this just makes it so you do not have to be exactly precise when grabbing an item. This is also especially helpful when there are a number of items such as chemicals sitting on a bed. You will no longer have to compete with the sleep option when attempting to pick each of those items up. Now if you want to sit or sleep all you need to do is get out of sneak mode and the sit and sleep functions work as normal.

Now with the mod loaded and enabled then sitting will be disabled as the default. But while in game there is also an option if you use The Mod Configuration Menu (MCM) that will enable the sit function while in sneak mode. It's sort of like disabling the mod. But it is optional and again requires MCM so it's up to you if want to be bothered. But again if you want this option you must also have MCM installed. Images above show the mod's options in MCM.

To disable just remove it from your mod manager.
