For those wondering why they can't get the Django perk once they've passed 50 in Guns skills that's because it's set on 50 "only" like. But that little bug can easily be fixed with xEdit/FNVEdit, here's a nice installation's tutorial from GamerPoets.
Open your plugin "PerkPack1.esp" in FNVEdit, click on the little "+" in front of "PerkPack1.esp", idem with "Perk",
Click on "Django" and in "Conditions/CTDA - Condition/Type",
Click on "Equal to" (twice but don't double click, slowly like, once to select and a second time to change the value) (a warning asking if you know what you're doing basically will pop up, just say yes)
A little box/list with "Equal" already ticked will appear, tick/check "Greater" as well so "Equal to" will become "Greater than or equal to".
That's it, close FNVEdit and save your plugin when asked to (while closing, make sure "PerkPack1.esp" is ticked then click OK).
That's until the Mod's author makes an update, if he/she's ever coming back to do it or still able to do it. Nevertheless Thanks to Chinchagon for this great Mod !!!
