It always annoyed me that people would care about someone taking things from trashcans, yet don't bother to do so themselves.

  I always figured they were creeped out by your trash digging, instead of claiming ownership. I'd be upset if a stranger started digging through my garbage. Still downloaded tho

Finally, I can become the garbage king and own all the trash in the land. Under my righteous rule, not a single raider will interact with any trash, for they would be stealing from me, the garbage king. I'll endorse soon as I can.

why include the garbage cans from lonesome road and dead money? I ask because a mod I made already makes garbage cans not considered stealing along with many more things but it does not including those dlc garbage cans. I did do that since none of dlc garbage cans are considered stealing in the game.

  Mostly in case of mods which reuse that content or other such things. That's why it's an optional file though.

Ha, nice one. This never even occurred to me as odd, but after reading the description... Rummaging through trash being a crime would make Freeside and North Vegas even more bleak places i guess.
