  Convert 1 Fission battery into 50 SEC (or 100 with the Vigilant recycler perk).
  
  New cooking recipe:
  Mantis omelet: 1 mantis egg
  Molerat stew: Molerat wonder meat is now a viable ingredient.
  Purified Mutfruit.
  
  Chems:
  RadAfar effect increased from 4 to 5.
  RadAfarAway ingredients reduced from 25 to 20 RadAway.
  Both items can now be converted into RadAway (10 & 20).
