An optional collection of tweaks AirChomp has put together for this mod, with optional quality of life improvements such as clip size increase, different texture sizing options, proper 1stPerson / 3rdPerson model and texture configuration, optional naming tweaks, optional TTW support, and even optional new Unique variants to seek out.

+++DESCRIPTION+++
This mod adds in a Remington 700 along with three modifications - a silencer, a scope, and synthetic parts. It comes with unique static and sound entries (with custom sounds as well!), as well as having it added to the appropriate weapon, repair, vendor, and leveled lists.
Placeholder icons have been made for proper potential custom icons by T3T (if he makes some) that can be easily replaced later on.
It can be found on top of Doc Mitchell's cupboards.

Copy/extract the archive into your Data folder and check the esp off in your data loader.
