Wouldn't recommend this mod in 2024. Replacing the original window and lighting with low quality 2D texture is totally negative for the interior atmosphere.
This would be an amazing mod if it weren't for the fact that it's dead now and the creator didn't do anything but slap a shitty texture on the windows.

You made 0 effort on your reply, can't imagine the amount of effort you'd put into a mod. 2. Make it yourself, though there's what i mentioned before.
Yes, you have the will to complain, however. The person lost interest due to people demanding it and expecting it rather than the person self able to passionately make it for fun.
Unfortunately you probably won't get an answer from the author since this mod appears to be dead. However, I do not think there should be any conflicts between the two as both of them edit different interiors. That said, the windows added by Windows of the Mojave will not be clear.
