though it's great, but bethesda version of Nerd Rage in FO4 look good, like its still maintain the effect with less 20% hitpoints but add new other effect; slow-mo time for 10 seconds. can you add slow-mo for this perk?
If you're talking about the longer lists on the Pip-boy screen, it's a mix of this: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34902/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D34902 and some other mod I can't remember the name of. If you're talking about the Pip-Boy being farther away from the screen, you need to edit the New Vegas .ini for that. Look for something like Fovpipboy or something like that and set it to a higher number. I think mines is at 80 or something.
Great idea! Personally I always felt 20% was stupidly low, considering if I ever get to below 20% HP I'm dead and Deathclaws are dancing round my body. You've earned yourself some Kudos for this one.
