- Fixed hostile/neutral/friendly check
- Switched GetDistance to GetDistance3d, cos to fcos, sin to fsin for performance

- Changed INI saving from MCM functions to JIP LN functions; MCM ones create logs every time, which were creating extra disk IO. Also removed some extraneous Saving
