With the Damage Resistance part, some funny side effects can occur, say, your companions become unkillable or enemies get completely impervious to any type of damage.

I edited this mod to raise resistance cap to 99% for each resistance, simply because even 7% of damage received can be lethal at extreme amounts of damage received from an enemy! For example Deathclaws from Lonesome Road are known to deal 3 times as much damage to player, than regular Mojave Wasteland ones and that multiplies further if you play on higher difficulties than normal for even bigger damage! On very high difficulty Divide Deathclaws can deal something like 750 points of raw physical damage, even with 93% of damage protection - slightly over 40 points of damage still passes through, unless DT is high enough to block it! But that is only the case If you are using the alternative DR-DT damage calculation formula, that is closer to the classic (where DR was applied before DT!), but if not and you use vanilla formula instead (DT calculation before DR), then you won't be able to block the remaining 35-42 points of damage received and it will always pass through! If you don't use level cap extenders, don't pick HP increasing perks and don't use any mods that generally makes your character reach higher maximum HP cap, then likelihood is that your character will still go down after 10-15 attacks from Divide's Deathclaws, which is not that impressive actually! And don't even get me started on Fat Man/Esther which you can blow your own arse with and be dealt crazy values of damage - like several thousands at a time...

somehow, my mod alow me to have 100 rr, 20 dr and 100 dt, but i know after some calcul that my dt is actualy higher than 100.could it be that you moved the dt limit to 100 instead of removing it ? could you up it to 500 instead ?

Your resistances don't need to be higher then 100, at 100 damage is reduced to 0% I dunno how it would end up calculating it past 100, but you really don't need it past 100 anyway. (I Know past 100% with rads it gives you negative rad, removes rads, when your in radiated areas. At least that was the case for Fallout 3, and seeing how most of it is recycled into NV, I assume the same is true here, don't think past 100% DR it heals you, just pointless to go beyond 100%)

For future reference, since this is old as hell, DT is not a percentage, it is a fixed value. So if you get hit for 120 (after DR, which IS a percentage) and your DT is 100, you still take 20 damage.

I haven't been able to test the uncapped DR and DT as of yet, but the uncapped Radiation Resistance works wonderfully. Camp Searchlight and Courier's Mile, here I come.

im sure this isnt really the place for this kind of question, but how do i install this mod. i ask this because iv never installed a mod like this before. if always either dragged and dropped a folder into the data folder(which i dont often to do) or use FOMM. When i try to install with FOMM it says something about needing a script to install properly and not having it. all i want is to removed the radiation resistance cap and nothing else. i tried just dragging the esp over and that didnt work.

EDIT: Im a jackass. i was putting the file in the main game forlder and not the Data folder. thx for making this mod btw. i may not use most of the mod but i do like how i have the option to alter my DT at anytime.

I just wanted to thank you for this fantastic mod. I combine this with Fallout Turn Based and it feels so close to the classic games. I cannot wait to use this in the upcoming Fallout 1: The Story mod. Thank you for your fantastic work on this amazing mod, I really appreciate it.
