This would be a cool mod if it scattered the items in places like Goodsprings and Novac and didn't mess with the items any besides not making them dump onto you immediately after waking up. Couriers Stash Corner Messages seems preferable with the state this mod is in.
While I love the idea of this mod and how it implements the armors and weapons, it comes with bugs. The Broad Machete can't use the back slash VATS attack, it crashes the game and the 10mm Pistol, Reinforced has the correct texture when NPCs have it or when it's on the ground, but when you have it (both in 1st or 3rd person) it uses the basic 10mm texture... This mod seems to have screwed up the Broad Machete. I can't use the special VATS attack with it because instead of "back slash", it displays "button text" and crashes the game if I select it.

Is their a superior version of this mod anywhere? Not only does it tamper with the items themselves, but it can fail to redistrute them in a playthough. I have yet to find the damn Vault 21 canteen anywhere, and Sarah doesn't sell it at her shop.
Does anyone know if this mod changes item stats? I found some Leather Armor, Lightweight, and it doesn't seem like I can repair it to it's full DT value.
