- Made the reload animations work properly (thanks to MRRadioactiv)

- Added the flamers to various level lists
- Added the flamers to various form lists
- Added custom pipboy images and icons (thanks to Alehazar
- Made the flamers use texture sets instead of lots of meshes
- Changed the way the iron sights work (it just zooms in now instead of looking down the sights)
