Hello! There's actually a pretty good mod for the gloves right now, that also adds an optional hooded form for the helmet.
    Here ya go:

p.s. since ulysses mask gives +50 percent rad resistance, radiation is basically nonexistant for me now

It's capped at 85% radiation resistance, no matter how much you have.

Nice, dont think it is too much boosted. Poison resistance is pretty useless with cyberware of OWB, so this makes it actually weareable.

gloves are very easy to add if you've been playing with the stats.
there's a drop-down menu on the same window (the armor window) called "Biped Model List" which is for addon components of the armor, like the backpacks, gloves and glowy bits on the various power armors. when you have a Big Gun with a backpack, the part of the armor that is removed and replaced with the backpack is one of these addons.

anyway, that dropdown has a lot of choices, but they're divided by specific armors, just pick one you like. generally all it'll have in the list is the gloves associated with that armor. but sometimes it has other parts. mostly only on power armor though.

Edit: just realised, you said you made it in FNVEdit rather than the geck. in which case I don't know how
but you could easily open your mod up in the geck and add this feature my way.
