This is a fix for an error kindly indicated by Asterra, where the support bars of the Naval Chair were untextured/black. I have also improved the "normal map" of the file.

Tweaked water tower name from Mclean to Clark County- this was kindly brought to my attention by DuskWulf who pointed out a mod that fixed the name. Essentially, bethesda had ported this texture over from FO3 without changing the County name...

Default Sized Landscape textures for better performance in the wastelands. This changes Rocks, Roads and Landscape textures to the same size as the default textures, for maximum performance. Place in New Vegas root folder, extract & overwrite files.
