Regardless of the sticky at the top here, it seems that almost all the posts are regarding user issues and not endorsements type comments. So they will NOT be addressed here and you will be stuck with your problem.
I don't think you can stop them, beyond outright blocking offenders. Under the "Manage" button on a post, there's an option to "Hide and optionally report post."

Maybe I could just merge the 2 threads and dispense with the separate endorsements thread altogether- I may have imagined it, but a few years back there was an option to do that somewhere if my memory serves me correctly...? I will take a look and see whats possible.

My roads look like crap as well, they have the textures but some kind of weird thing is going on with them and I don't know how to fix it, and this mod author doesn't seem to reply to anybody ever.

Actually I do reply to people regularly, it's just that you have posted in the wrong forum. This is the ENDORSEMENTS thread no the thread where people post their issues.
You have got your TEXTURE settings set to SMALL, they should be set to LARGE.
If the roads are not showing at all, it is an archive invalidation error.

Hello the texture pack for the WASHEDOUTWASTELAND does not work it says that it is redundant with the NMCs Textures NV Large pack part 1 2 and 3 it says that it is conflicted on the second one anyway to get this to work?
