I had to activate the mod, load the game, save. Close game, deactivate the mod. Open game with mod deactivated, save/ close/reactivate... Open game again to get Chet to sell it to me....
I really like the look of this backpack, but do we really need +6 DT? It makes sense but at the beginning of the game that almost doubles your typical DT.
