i'm only answering these questions a year and a half later, not like i'm a horrible person.
@louis0mang: BALANCE, so no
@WouldUKindly: when you find the Armor, you can either, A. make a copy of it, by using the meshes, and such, or you could simply check the "playable" area, and then drop an instance of either, somewhere in the world.
Look in the folder you downloaded all your NV mods to, open every single file and check which has PNV.esp in it. Shouldn't take more than a minute or two.
I would love to DL/use this armor but I won't dl before you know which other mod is required.
