    Great mod! However, what do you think of about releasing a version that leaves the companion healing after battle enabled, albeit at a VERY SLOW rate? I think its more immersive that way (i use Arwen's tweaks, where you heal over time, albet VERY SLOWLY and only if you meet certain circumstantial requirements), rather than having to pop a stim pack every time after battle. On top of that if people, like me, use mods that makes items much, much more expensive and makes items extremely rare, popping a stim pack every single time they get moderately hurt could become an issue. I respect the good intention of your mod. (Ps, does this conflict with Remote Control Companions?)

    This is neat. I totally agree.

    I'd like to see a version that only heals the Companion to half health.

    As long as the unconscious period if the companion goes down is fairly long it would work well.

    It would help where stimpacks are fairly rare.

    It would also represent walking wounded who will go down a lot faster than before.

      I know for limbs you can at least set it so it only heals to 50% through tweaking the scripts, I'm not sure about overall health though since the script simply invokes resethealth when combat finishes and that command has no parameters for partial health restoration.

    Any chance this mod is still being supported? Please say yes?

    could you make it so a doctor can heal companions too... like when i get healed the get healed too... because healing them after a fight cost me a lot of stimpaks... a bit too much because the companions are stupid and they don't know how to avoit to get hit...

    Would you be able to make a version where companions slowly regain health (1 hp every 10 seconds) instead of getting it all back instantly?

    Looks like in doesn't work with any mods, that increases number of companions you have. In my case I've got CFollowers mod, and currently 4 members of my party. So Your mod works only for ED-E, the rest are healind after combat as in vanila. Any ideas how that could work together like in fallot2?
    Sorry for my english, not a natiw speaker.

    Well as funny as it sounds, will this make them essential too? They die easy, I'd prefer the balance of the two, not die but no auto heal.

    @TIRONO & cndblank

    Yes, my mod does conflict with the "Phalanx" mod. I made a compatibility patch to get both my mod and the "Phalanx" mod working together, but ran into a serious issue with the "Phalanx" mod installed. Basically, I was unable to use stimpaks and heal my companions via the stimpak wheel after combat when I had my companions in "passive" mode. It would use stimpaks when I activated the option via the companion wheel, but it wouldn't heal them at all.

    I already contacted the creator of the "Phalanx" mod in regards to this. They noted that it probably had something to do with the fact that they had to tweak the "teammate" setting when you switch your companions to "passive" mode via the companion wheel.

    They said they know how to fix this and would take care of this in their next update for the "Phalanx" mod. Until they release the next update, I am going to wait to release a compatibility patch for both my mod and the "Phalanx" mod.

    @Volek

    Thanks for the support man! I am happy to hear you dig the mod. I to felt like my companions were always in god mode or something and it was definitely waaay to easy even on hardcore mod with the difficulty setting bumped up.

    It would be cool to have the companion's limbs heal only via doc bags and hydra, but that would take a heck of a lot of scripting. I am unfortunately not a master scripter by any means, so this is something I probably could not do given my lack of scripting abilities, even though I would really like to. The same would apply to ED-E and repairing him with scrap metal/electronics rather then stims and stuff.
