This fix is very, very difficult to apply to your New Vegas Game.
After downloading, use an archiving tool to open the compressed file.
Open ProgramFiles/Steam/Steamapps/Common/NewVegas/Data
Drop it in the data file.
Collapse on the couch with exhaustion.
