Can confirm this is replicable- Using latest version, showing as version 01/08/2022, only have the hacking module installed in MO2. It appears the mod auto-updated between sessions.
Yeah, same problem. Only easy lockpicking functions 100% of the time. Pickpocket is hit or miss with success, and the amount of words on a hack seems to increase correlatively with the hack difficulty. If I recall correctly, very easy hacking has one word, everything between that and very hard has two, but very hard hacks have several words again.
Some people might say that having 100% pickpocket chance no matter your skill level is cheating, but the thing is, whenever I'm actually trying to pickpocket somebody, I'm just going to quicksave next to them and reload over and over until I succeed. This just cuts out the busy work.
Thank you, this is a must have mod! The other two are fine as they are, but I really hate the hacking minigame. It wastes so much time and stops the flow of the game.
Had this one a long time ago (just easy hacking and easy unlocking), thought I still had it or something like it in my load order until I encountered locks I couldn't just brute-force and terminals full of passwords again.
So, I went back to get this version that I know works. Figured while I was at it, I'd get the guaranteed pick-pocket too. I don't always play sneaky characters, but when I do, I don't want to wear out my F5 and F9 buttons just because Jackass McJerkface can somehow detect a character with 100 sneak and a Stealth-Boy active grabbing a couple of caps out of his pockets, or somehow smells me grabbing my frag mines to load his pants, decides to turn around, and gun me down in a second.
I don't honestly mind the Hacking minigame, it's something I'm good with, but then again, I used to love the game Hangman, so I suppose it's somewhat up my alley. I despise the stupid "wiggle the lockpick around the keyhole" lockpicking minigame, though. At least Oblivion's one was a reasonable challenge, and had an ability to Auto Attempt in case you just had enough of trying. But, after the umpteenth time of unlocking a terminal only to read some pre-war lore, I don't want to have to hack.
As for console commands, they're tedious and annoying. I'd rather not have to mess with them unless I have to (or unless I've really done a stupid somewhere and put all of my ammo away in my player home... Have I mentioned how much I dislike auto-sorters? I don't like them at all.) and I want that tiny bit of XP for my character being able to pick the lock or hack the terminal.
After all, it's our character's stats that determine whether we can hack the terminal or pick the lock. Let the character do it.
are there any mods with JUST COMPUTER HACKING? This one says easy pickpocket even if you just choose the first file download. Lame. Then theres another mod with easy hacking that reduces the exp you get from a sucessfull hack.. WHY? wtf. Anyone can make a mod with just computer hacking?

The forcing lock open part work, but now suddenly I have teminals with more than one word again. Not sure why.

The meta.ini shows the following:
TTW 3.2.2: Easy Hacking doesn't work at all. No idea why ...Error on my side...
