I endorse this module. The areas, inside and out, are well crafted and visually appealing. There is a lot of custom content, including creatures like mimics and shambling mounds that I seldom see. It's multiplayer friendly so don't expect a lot of interaction with the supplied NPCs (there isn't any), but they are a useful lot and serve their purpose. Charlie's Appearance Changer is incorporated for those who want to use it. Some parts, like pathfinding through the swamps, got tedious until you figured out the path. The ending is anticlimactic, but I think that is because I went everywhere and found all the things I was supposed to find. Otherwise, I suspect I would have had an unwinnable fight on my hands.
I started with a well-equipped level 4 ranger and finished at almost level 8. Resting is curiously restricted in that each of your four party members can trigger a rest by the whole party once every eight hours, so you have to rotate the rest requests among them (does that make sense?). Because of this, I skipped the supplied wizard and never really missed him. Except for a couple of skippable side quests, it's an old-fashioned D& dungeon/swamp crawl with emphasis on fighting. If that's what you like, give Baltron's Beacon a try.
