I tried to play this mod and everything that I tried, i could not get the module to load. "unable to load, corrupted files or different Saved file", or something like that. I went to the moddb site to their version and downloaded it and then tried it.
worked perfectly.
I wonder, is that moddb version the same as this nexus version? the info was sparse and of course no readme for either download. I hope i do not have to try to download the file again if i got a corrputed download!
A lot happened. I couldn't tell you any specifics, but I do know that this project changed hands several times because participants each kept getting hired by game studios, ironically enough, due to their work on Purgatorio.
Moreover, this is a project (with a lot of custom content) led and made by volunteers, which means that development is slower than a project with funding.
But this isn't our first demo. In 2009 we released our first demo which showed off our work in Sigil and a number of other planes. Almost exactly a year later we released another demo which was updated to be compatible with Storm of Zehir. Ten months after that, we released our third demo, which featured the beginning of the main plot.
This is the fourth demo, made to mark our progress. Yeah, we broke the Rule of Three... but hey, we got excited!
The first step of the journey should be packaged along with everything else. You should also be able to explore Sigil after the Outlands even though the demo ends with the Outlands.
Basically this is a mark of our progress. Rough, yes, but it's still progress.">
EDIT: Just checked the rar. It has only the Outlands. You can find the rest here and the Prime Material plot beat here. Be sure to download and install the main Purgatorio first, the Prime Material release second, and then the Outlands release last.

Sufficient enough explanation?
If you like, you can follow our progress on Twitter or on our website.
Being the incredibly patient person I am, though, I shall wait on finished builds
