Hi, I just wanted to ask why no more updates will be provided. Is it not possible with the method you were using or do you just not want to make this mod anymore or is it just not possible at all? Thanks.

i did manage to get most of the content unlocked prior to vol6 drop but now that's useless since you can't use it
i tried from the day vol6 released to about 48h later my everything to update it and make it work but it just wouldn't
firstly it didn't update the sdk properly (idk how and never had this issue before), after that the game would launch but would blackout for a sec then crash (idk why, happened for the first time ever to me), then frosty was throwing byte errors (fortunately this was solved by reinstalling everything) and by that point i learned that the process was changed somewhat for unlocking things
its possible but trickier imo than before
i did have plans of coming back to it eventually, but lets be real this is a real world and consumers expect regular updates, if i abandon it i couldn't resurrect it
as for whats next, after im done w college, sure i'll give it a go, but by that point i'd be preparing for vol7
as for the game, i have personally quite enjoyed the new update and i've actually purchased the pass for 10€ (not bad when you get all dlc's combined, and if you're looking here, i'd suggest the same (ik how nfs community would react to this, but i believe devs are listening and i'm willing to trust them with my money) if your planning on commenting how thats a bad idea etc. hoping to start fight in reply's, don't expect a reply .😘

Thanks for your reply and for giving me a detailed reason. I don't really mind anyway as I have found another way to get everything unlocked, but don't worry, if you ever decide to make an update even for Vol 7 this will be the first place I look.

for now there's no cure (fmm 1.0.7.0 wasn't meant for end users and now we're experinecing something that won't be fixed until release 2.0 - which will have support for unbound without all the hackarounds)
Try this go to Need for Speed Unbound\Data\Win32\configurations\defaultinstallpackage Delete Cas_181 and after. Verify files. this should resolve the error. Then click backup in mod manager This way next time you can just click restore files to remove mods and fix this error if it happens again.

I followed the video and it worked perfectly ... just yesterday though I started getting game freezes all of a sudden! so I restarted everything from scratch ... and now that error (That NEVER showed before) started happening. Deleted Moddata etc, still happening.
same here...no matter what mod I use I keep getting this error. I have tried all suggestions. I have no idea what is causing the issue. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted mod data folder, change game to a different drive. NOTHING fixes it. Any ideas?
whatever it is fmm isn't happy that the value is above 255, im sure theres a way to fix it but would require reworking fmm to try and solve it (which im not smart enough to do... soo yeah basically no fix for now)

Delete Cas_181 and after. Verify files. this should resolve the error.
Then click backup in mod manager

However im not responsible if you do get banned (you shouldn't get a ban tho - as ea is easy on modding)

been using similar mod prety much since game launched and had no issues with bans
can you delete ModData with tools > manage moddata
after that try again, if you can lmk if that worked that'd be great!
but after that i'd recommend opening fmm then going to: tools, then manage moddata (and then select it and delete)
if you're still getting it than idk what could be the cause of it (personally using ea and friend who tested the mod is using steam sooo)

i have never gotten any of those issues with any nfs (when modding a lot can go wrong and i applaud you for finding a way through)

have you removed any mods prior to putting this one in that may conflict with it?
have you tried deleting moddata?
