- fixed an issue where ea play cars wouldn't unlock for users
close release as it was finished few days before the vol6 is about to come out and I decided to wait and release it once vol6 is out and combine them together as one)HOW TO RESOLVE COMMON ISSUES
Also about the issue with unassigned byte has a fix (thanks to Woolfric in comments - BIG SHOUTOUT TO YOU ❤)
basically all you have to do is:
- If you are currently getting an error for too large or small for unsigned byte, go to where you installed your game (example: d:/games/ea/unbound)
- once in unbound directory, go to data/Win32/configurations/defaultinstallpackage/ and in here delete cas181 file
- Go to where you got the game from (epic/steam/ea) and verify/repair the game (if you have other mods, you'll have to reinstall afterwards)
- after completion, go into the mod manager and press backup files (above apply mods button)
- wait (this can take some time especially if you have hdd or older system)
- now you can add your mods you had before and you can press patch
- next time you encounter (too large or small byte) just press restore next to backup
- after thats done just patch the game you'll be good!
