Looks like the developer patched something and caused this to stop working. Buggers! Confirmed not working myself as of recently.
Sorry folks, but I haven't played this game in ages -- and won't be updating. I'll leave the mod up for the sake of reference. Someone else will have to take over. Please do so freely. It's just a bunch of text files.
It did work when I put it out, and worked for a couple months after as well. I guess the developers changed file paths; something about archives changed; or they took notice and patched out cop blocking intentionally? Couldn't tell you. Sorry to those who didn't get to the mod early enough!

Frostyeditor is saying it requires an encryption key.
