Disable cop chases entirely. No support. Updates not guaranteed. Might introduce bugs, but playing the last 50% of the story did not reveal any. Other modders are encouraged to patch or build on these tweaks however they see fit.

NOTE: NO SUPPORT. Make your own changes/fixes and upload your own version if you find an issue. I used this patch set AFTER I had completed roughly 50% of the story. I did not find any bugs. You might. Sorry if you do!
Cops won't follow you with heat; they won't show up in races; and frankly, I wasn't able to get them to show up for any reason at all. Your mileage may vary :).
2) HeatKey.txt - Save this file in the same folder as FrostyEditor.exe
Instructions: 1) Launch FrostyEditor.exe. 2) Open the CopRemovalPatches.fbproject. 3) Click "Launch" inside Frosty.
NOTE: I've included the individual modded values as XML. Frosty is effectively proprietary software, which is very bad for mod tools. Ordinary users won't care about the XML files, but someone trying to use this mod several years into the future might want to see what I changed in plain text :). I doubt Frosty will be supported forever.
